Barracas Central set out in search of their first home win of the new Argentine Primera Division campaign when they welcome Huracan to the Claudio Fabian Tapia Stadium on Tuesday.
The Globo have failed to taste victory in any of their last seven away matches since the start of February and will head into the midweek clash looking to end this poor run.

Barracas Central were condemned to their first defeat of the new Primera Division as they were beaten 2-0 by Union when the sides squared off at the Estadio 15 de Abril last Monday.
In an action-packed affair, Joaquin Mosqueira struck right on the stroke of half time to put Union in front before substitute Jeronimo Domina netted in the 94th minute to make sure of the result.
Prior to that, Barracas Central got their 2024 Primera Division campaign underway with an unconvincing 1-0 victory at Godoy Cruz on May 11, one week before playing out a 1-1 draw with Sarmiento at the Estadio Tomas Adolfo Duco.
Alejandro Orfila's men now return home where they are unbeaten in each of their last seven matches across all competitions, claiming five wins and two draws since a 2-0 defeat at the hands of River Plate on February 1.
Barracas will fancy their chances of extending this impressive run on Wednesday as they take on an opposing side against whom they are unbeaten in four of their last five encounters, claiming two wins and two draws since April 2022.
On the other hand, Huracan left it late at the Estadio Tomas Adolfo Duco as they secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Instituto Cordoba when the sides squared off last Sunday.
In a heated contest in which both sides finished with 10 men, 28-year-old striker Ignacio Pussetto kept his cool under pressure as he converted from the penalty spot in the 13th minute of stoppage time to hand the hosts all three points.
Huracan have now won two of their three matches to start the new league season — scoring five goals and conceding twice — with a 1-1 draw with Banfield on May 19 sandwiched between the two victories.
Frank Kudelka's men head into Wednesday's clash unbeaten in each of their last seven games across all competitions, picking up five wins and two draws since losing 1-0 to Barracas Central back in the Copa de la Liga back in March.
While Huracan will be looking to pick up where they left off against Cordoba, they have failed to win their last seven matches on the road, suffering five defeats and claiming two draws since claiming a 2-0 victory at Banfield on January 27.

Team News
Barracas Central remain without the duo of Fernando Prado and midfielder Lucas Lopez, who continue their spells on the sidelines through ACL injury.
They are joined on the club's injury table by 23-year-old Maximiliano Puig, who has been out of action since suffering a tendon injury back in April.
Huracan will have to cope without Chilean midfielder Williams Alarcon, who is currently suspended after picking up a red card against Instituto Cordoba last time out.
In his absence, 31-year-old Federico Fattori could be handed his first league start of the season, forming the two-man midfield pivot with Everton de Vina loanee Rodrigo Echeverria.
On the injury front, Kudelka will be unable to name Argentine midfielder Hernan De La Fuente, who has missed each of the last five matches since coming off with a thigh injury back in March.
Barracas Central possible starting lineup:
Moyano; Mater, Capraro, Goni, Insua; Herrera, Rosane; Iacobellis, Cantero, Zalazar; Aguirre
Huracan possible starting lineup:
Galindez; Souto, Tobio, Carrizo, Ibanez; Fattori, Echeverria; Mazzantti, Fertoli, Cabral; Pussetto
We say: Barracas Central 1-1 Huracan
Huracan have enjoyed an impressive start to the new campaign but will need to be at their best on Tuesday against a Barracas side who have been rock-solid at home in recent weeks. Kudelka's men have struggled to grind out results on their travels and we see them holding out for a share of the spoils.
