River Plate achieved a great victory of 2-0 over Boca Juniors, this Sunday, October 1st, putting an end to a five-year drought without winning as a visitor in the Superclásico of Argentina. The match took place during the seventh round of the Professional League. Enzo Díaz was in charge of sealing the match by scoring the second goal in the final minutes, completely silencing the La Bombonera stadium in Buenos Aires.
In the final moments of the match, specifically at 90+6', while River was defending and Boca was pressing for the equalizer, the goal occurred. In this play, Díaz transitioned from defense to attack, being attentive to the rebounds inside the opponent's area, until the ball finally reached his feet.
The player positioned himself properly and shot with his right foot towards an unprotected goal, with only one Boca defender unable to prevent the ball from entering the net. Thus, the second goal was materialized, culminating River's celebration in a spectacular way.
