Black magic in the 'Albiceleste'? The dark reason for 'Papu' Gomez's absence.

While there is a lot of excitement from the 'Albiceleste' fans, who will welcome the world champions to their country, there is also talk about the absence of one of the players who was also present in the national team's last title. It's about 'Papu' Gomez, a footballer who is making headlines worldwide after various media outlets report the dark reason for his absence in this last call-up.

This news started circulating after a video posted by Gonzalo Cardozo, journalist and former panelist of ESPN, who states that the team leaders left the attacker out of the call-up for having performed black magic tricks on Lo Celso to become a starter in Qatar 2022.

As a reminder, the Argentinian forward suffered an injury and had to undergo emergency surgery for an arthroscopy on his left ankle. Considering this surgical intervention, his current club, Sevilla, asked him not to travel to Argentina so he can recover and accelerate his return to the field.
