A total of five goals were scored Wednesday night at the Malvinas Argentinas Stadium in the city of Mendoza. The fourth goal was scored by Luca Langoni for Boca Juniors, while the last one was the work of Mariano Pavone for Quilmes, in a quarterfinal match of the Copa Argentina.
In the 59th minute, Langoni took advantage of a rebound left by the 'Cervecero' goalkeeper and sent the ball into the net to make it 3-1. Quilmes reacted and managed to reduce the deficit. Pavone, in the 65th minute, used all his experience and scored a slightly uncomfortable goal to make it 3-2.
In the first half, the other three goals of the match were scored to decide the team that qualifies for the semifinals of the tournament. Darío Benedetto (7') and Gonzalo Morales (34') scored for 'Xeneize' and Julián Bonetto (5') scored for 'Decano'.
