A hat-trick from Pablo Solari and a goal from Lucas Beltrán gave River Plate the victory over Defensa y Justicia in the Round of 16 of the Copa Argentina.

River Plate qualified for the quarterfinals of the Argentine Cup after defeating Defensa y Justicia 4-0 at Estadio Centenario. Pablo Solari scored a hat-trick (4', 51', and 83') and Lucas Beltrán scored a goal (30') to give the victory to the team led by Marcelo Gallardo.
