The player of the Berazategui Club, Federico Potarski, 29 years old, was killed in a robbery attempt. The defender, who emerged from the youth divisions of Almirante Brown, received a fatal gunshot to the head while working for Uber and they tried to steal his car in La Matanza.
For this reason, the authorities of the 2022 Liga Tournament in Argentine soccer decided to hold a minute of silence at the start of all matches of the eighth round to remember the player who suffered such a brutal murder.
We will always remember you like this 🧡

In December 2021, Potarski, who emerged from the youth divisions of Almirante Brown, signed for Berazategui, a club that plays in the Primera C of Argentine soccer, after playing for Liniers. Before that, in February of that year, he had the opportunity to go play in Honduras, but the transfer fell through at the last minute, which allowed his arrival at "Naranja".
