Judge Javier Maffucci Moore rejected the arrest warrant requested by prosecutor Vanesa González last Wednesday.
Villa's lawyer, Martín Apolo, had requested his client's release from custody the day after the complaint was filed. Despite everything, the player has the support of the club and remains in the starting lineup despite the accusation.
Villa, 26 years old, who had already been accused of gender violence by his former partner in 2021, was accused on May 13 by another woman of sexual abuse with carnal access, aggravated by injuries.
The complainant stated that she was abused by the footballer in June 2021.
