A few hours before the decisive match between Boca Juniors vs. Racing for the semi-finals of the Professional League Cup of Argentina, Sebastián Villa was once again accused of gender violence in a case that could be framed as sexual abuse and attempted feminicide.
The survivor, who is currently protecting her identity, reported that the incident took place on June 26, 2021. The woman said that she attended a house in a gated community in Ezeiza with Villa and several players from the Boca Juniors team.

The accuser revealed that at a certain point during the assault, Villa violated her again: "(...) he forcefully squeezed my jaw and neck, slapped me and said 'Did you like my teammates?'"
The woman detailed that at that moment she thought "he intended to kill me." She tried to escape again and again without success. "As it was impossible, he decided to leave the room, not knowing what he did when he was outside," she pointed out. The victim described Sebastián Villa as "an extremely violent and aggressive person."
What does the survivor's lawyer say?
The woman's lawyer, Roberto Castillo, spoke with the media TyC Sports and mentioned that the accuser was very afraid this year. "She is a girl who came to the office because she suffered a sexual assault and a behavior that we understand could be classified as attempted murder."
