The Colombian Rafael Santos Borré scored the first goal of the match between River Plate and Independiente. The match for matchday 14 of the Superliga Argentina, a postponed match, is being played at the Estadio Libertadores de América in Buenos Aires.
In the 23rd minute, the forward received a great cross from Gonzalo Montiel. Santos Borré took advantage of the pass and headed towards Martín Campaña's goal, opening the scoring.
However, the equalizer for Independiente came in the 46th minute. Silvio Romero did his part and leveled the score, also with a header, after the assist from Cecilio Domínguez.
