Ricardo Centurion took one of the last steps to become a Velez player when he went to the Italian Hospital in Almagro for a routine medical examination on Wednesday morning.
The player avoided the media, arriving very early at the medical center, where the other reinforcement of Fortin Mauro Pittón also underwent the studies.
Although there is not much certainty about the conditions of Centurion's transfer, the information from Gonzalo Cardozo in SportsCenter is that Racing loans the midfielder for a year, which could be shortened to six months. In principle, it will be without charge or purchase option.
If everything goes well in the medical examination, Ricky will sign his contract with Velez on Thursday.
It will be Centurion's third club in Argentina, after two spells at Racing, where he started, and two others at Boca, the club he declares himself a fan of. In both cases, he had endings marked by behavioral problems.
He also played for Genoa in Italy and Atlético San Luis, from where he returns in Mexico after a poor season.
