Omar is not only the club's president, but also the Secretary of Sports of the Federal Council, the AFA body that regulates tournaments in the interior. What can be said about Carlos is, moreover, particular: from 2002 to the present, he has been in charge of the team for about 14 years, 12 of them uninterruptedly (2002-2014).
