Racing Club faces Libertad from Paraguay
The Argentine team received a goal in the first half by Santiago Salcedo, taking advantage of the confusion of Racing's defense and defeated goalkeeper Oroz; this would awaken the Argentines.
Minutes after the goal from the 'charrúa' team, Racing made a brilliant collective play. Solari, Ibargüen and Triverio joined together to make a perfect triangulation that would end in a precise cross for the Argentine forward, who shot hastily and sent the ball high over the Defensores del Chaco stadium.

Immediately Triverio put his hands to his head to lament what he had missed. None of his teammates could believe it. The number '18' wasted what could have been the temporary tie before the end of the first half.
The second leg of the match will be played on Wednesday, November 1st at the mythical Cilindro de Avellaneda. The celeste and blanco team will have to wake up in Paraguay if they want to come home with a result that can bring them closer to the final of the continental tournament.
