Which Colombians will play in the Champions League?
Officially, 9 Colombian players will be present in the new edition of the Champions League. Among the most well-known are Luis Díaz with the great Liverpool, Davinson Sánchez with Tottenham under Antonio Conte, Rafael Santos Borré from Eintracht Frankfurt, winner of the Europa League, and Juan Guillermo Cuadrado from Juventus in Serie A.
Likewise, Matheus Uribe from Porto, Luis Javier Suárez from Olympique de Marseille in France, Jhon Mosquera from Viktoria Plzen, Éder Álvarez Balanta from Club Brugge, and Alfredo Morelos from Rangers in Scotland will also be present.
Rivals of the Colombians in the Champions League
After the draw for the Champions League groups, Luis Díaz's Liverpool will face Alfredo Morelos' Rangers, Ajax, and Napoli. Meanwhile, Santos Borré's Frankfurt will face Davinson Sánchez's Tottenham and Luis Javier Suárez's Marseille. Likewise, Matheus Uribe's Porto will have Éder Álvarez from Club Brugge, Atlético Madrid, and Leverkusen as rivals.
On the other hand, Cuadrado's Juventus will play against PSG, Benfica, and Maccabi Haifa. The toughest group is for Jhon Mosquera with Viktoria Plzen, who will face Barcelona, Inter Milan, and Batern.

What are the dates for the Colombians to play?
The 2022-2023 Champions League season will be atypical due to the Qatar 2022 World Cup (Sunday, November 20, to December 18). Therefore, UEFA has scheduled the group stage to be played over eight weeks between September and the first week of November. So, Luis Díaz, Davinson Sánchez, Rafael Santos Borré, Guillermo Cuadrado, Matheus Uribe, Luis Javier Suárez, Jhon Mosquera, Éder Álvarez, and Alfredo Morelos will play their six matches on the following dates.

Match times for the Colombians in the Champions League
As in recent seasons, UEFA has set two kick-off times for the Champions League group stage matches. The matches will start at 12 noon and 2 p.m. in Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico. While it will be at 1 and 3 p.m. for Chile, Bolivia, Venezuela, and Paraguay. Finally, in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil, it will start at 2 and 4 p.m.
