Uncharted 4: The Thief's End is one of the most popular video games on PlayStation, and proof of this is that a 76-year-old player has asked for help from the studio in charge of its development, Naughty Dog, to continue advancing in the story.
Specifically, the user John has asked Naughty Dog to lend a hand in Chapter 11 of Uncharted 4 to get Nathan Drake onto a boat. The studio's Twitter account has responded to this call for help with a response from their Marketing designer, who they identify as Josh.

"You do it with the stick forward and pressing X, without holding it", explains the designer from Naughty Dog. In addition, he adds that "in chapter 1, the tutorial tips should appear". If not, he asks the user to check that "the prompts and tutorials are enabled in the options menu under 'Gameplay'".
Naughty Dog's account has also thanked the studio's audio programmer, Jonathan, for the offered solution that the Marketing designer has confirmed and further expanded on. Additionally, the studio adds a comment from Jonathan joking about Drake "smashing into a boat over and over again".
