ACB League Players Subject to Right of First Refusal

The clubs of the ACB League have registered 23 players on the list subject to right of first refusal, who may receive offers from interested clubs in the next twelve days. Clubs making offers for these players must submit the offer document to the ACB by July 19th. The ACB will forward the offer to the player's original club the next day, so that they can decide within five days whether to match the offers from interested clubs or not.

Among the players not subject to right of first refusal are names like Bellas, Bamforh, Lampe, Huertas, Kirksay, Begic, Rabaseda, or KC Rivers.
