Jose Manuel Garcia Naranjo (Rociana del Condado, Huelva, 20 years old) became the fifth signing of Nàstic for the 2015-16 season, following Iago Bouzón, Xisco Hernández, Moussa, and Fali. The forward was trained at Recreativo, but comes from Villarreal B. He signed for the next three seasons and it is a cost-free incorporation because even though he had one more year left on his contract with Recreativo, a clause allowed him to leave and because the Castellonense entity decided not to exercise the purchase option (600,000 euros) they had on him.

With this incorporation, the grana entity would already have the forward line complete for the next season and Naranjo is the icing on the cake. He is a player with great potential and is destined to be one of the best strikers in the league. Last season was his breakthrough as he was constantly seen training with the Villarreal first team and even made his debut under Marcelino García Toral: he started in both legs of the Copa del Rey tie against Cádiz, playing 122 minutes.

Despite his quality, his role in the first team of the groguet side declined, but in the reserve team, he was undisputed. He played 26 games, 16 as a starter, and scored four goals. Now he is looking to establish himself in Segunda A.
