Super Cup Final: William Collum to referee Barcelona vs. Sevilla

William Collum has been assigned by UEFA to oversee the Super Cup Final between Barcelona and Sevilla on August 11th in Tbilisi, Georgia. The current Spanish and European champions have played in three games where the Scottish official has refereed and were victorious on each occasion. The match official has yet to oversee a game involving the Andalusian club.

Referee Background

The 36-year-old Glasgow native, Collum, has been an international referee since 2006 and officiated six games in last season's Champions League competition. He was involved in Atletico Madrid's 0-0 draw against Juventus in Turin and Barça's 3-1 home win against Ajax Amsterdam.

Referee Team

He will be assisted by Francis Connor (Scotland) and Damien McGraith (Ireland), with Graham Chambers (Scotland) as the fourth official.
