In the video shared by Maicelo on his official TikTok account, he can be seen walking in front of the camera while his establishment remains closed with panels from the municipality indicating its "temporary closure".
The entrepreneur stated that he has taken legal action against the district authorities for an arbitrary closure, as they have not complied with the protocols that involve a proper intervention.
"I have already taken legal action against the San Isidro Municipality for arbitrary closure, not complying with the protocols that a proper intervention entails, harassment, and abuse of authority. These inspectors mismanage their public function," he said.
Finally, his followers asked him to explain what happened with the authorities of the San Isidro district and hope that he can solve the problem so that his establishment can continue operating normally.
