Different theater groups have their own way of portraying the story, although some of them may seem very realistic. A TikTok video showed how 'Jesus' was kicked mercilessly by Roman soldiers.
The clip lasts at least 5 seconds, enough to see how the actors took their role to heart.
However, this did not save them from being victims of unique jokes on social media.
