Since WrestleMania, the situation with the Undertaker has been very confusing, because despite winning his match against Shane McMahon (in which one stipulation was that if he lost he would no longer wrestle in WrestleMania), he won the match but told several people backstage that it was his last match.
Undertaker looked tired and out of shape, with a very bulging belly, very different from his previous matches against Brock Lesnar.
Subsequently, he canceled part of his appearances on the European tour. It was said that he did it because there were dates in Paris and Brussels, two cities threatened by terrorists. However, he later canceled his performances in England, which knocks down the theory of fear of terrorism.
Could this be the end of the Undertaker? According to Richard Gray, from WrestlingNewsWorld, that could be the case:
"Undertaker told Vince McMahon, bluntly, that he considers himself finished and does not want to wrestle again." Obviously Vince will wait a few months before trying to change his mind. Vince has said that he has never believed Undertaker when he says he is finished, but this is the first time he believes he is serious.
"Undertaker has never wanted a big retirement match, and once the torch has been passed and his streak has been broken, he feels no obligation to continue."
