McWilliams Arroyo jumps as opponent of Román "Chocolatito" González by surprise because the Nicaraguan made everyone believe he would face a different rival.
And maybe that's why the fight causes more excitement, because you don't know what to expect from this fight. From the speculated fight against Giovanni Segura, it seemed that it would be a short fight.
But with Arroyo, it's a different panorama, but no less attractive.

CMB Statement
At flyweight, McWilliams Arroyo cares little that the Nicaraguan Román "Chocolatito" González is considered one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world.
Even the Puerto Rican boxer is convinced that he will be on equal terms when he faces González on April 23rd for the flyweight belt of the World Boxing Council.
González is already training for his fight with Arroyo
"It doesn't intimidate me. I am calm and aware that he (González) has talent, but I also have quality. There is no pressure, so I will go with great desire and eagerness," highlighted Arroyo (16-2, 14 KO) before starting his training at the Félix Pagán Pintor gym in Guaynabo.
The Puerto Rican revealed that he is working with his team on a game plan to neutralize the champion González (44-0, 38 KO).
