"I was actually supposed to have thrown (the right hand) to his body. I think instinct took over and I threw it a little higher. But I did see him throw that knee the first time, which I was pretty familiar with. So when I saw the movement the second time, I was like, 'Oh yeah ... oh yeah.'"

"That was all the emotions in one punch. I'm not surprised it's the right hand again. ... (I'm) so happy. All I've been doing is thinking about it for 19 months - something that will drive any human being insane. So to even make it back here and make the UFC walk in front of fans? My God."

"I really wish that I could (call someone out). But it was just making it back to the cage - that was first and foremost. I will definitely have an answer for you guys next time we talk, but I'm so happy just to be in the building. I'm undefeated in the (UFC) Apex. I love the small cage. I want to see and feel each other punching each other in the face. That's the only time I feel alive."
