The publication detailed that Mr. McMahon paid this shocking amount of money for these women to remain silent about their relationship with him and not make any accusations of inappropriate sexual conduct against the executive.
The publication states that among these two collaborators are two wrestlers. One of them would have received a payment of 7.5 million dollars in 2018. The other received one million dollars, after accusing him of sending her nude photos without her asking for them.
Also involved is a former manager, as well as a former legal assistant of the company. A month ago, when the accusations began to come to light, WWE announced that McMahon had stepped back in his role as CEO of the company and that the position would be temporarily filled by his daughter, Stephanie.
VINCE MCMAHON IS NOT THE ONLY ONE
Despite the serious accusation, Vince McMahon would not be the only one involved in this scandal. The former executive, friend and confidant of McMahon, John Laurinaitis, is also being investigated for paying one and a half million dollars to buy the silence of another former employee so she wouldn't accuse him of misconduct.
All investigations are carried out by the Board of Directors and Vince McMahon himself pledged to comply with the decisions and the results of the investigation.
