Marlon Chito Vera to face former featherweight champion José Aldo at UFC Fight Night 185
Marlon Chito Vera will once again enter the UFC octagon for a high-stakes fight against former featherweight champion José Aldo on December 19, in UFC Fight Night 185 in Las Vegas, Nevada, as reported by MMAJunkie from USA Today.
Chito Vera will return to the stage of the world's most important MMA company to face another popular face just four months after his technical knockout victory over Sean O'Malley in the co-main event of UFC 255 in August.

The Brazilian, ranked seventh in the bantamweight division, has not fought since his loss to Petr Yan, who finished him by TKO in the fifth round of the bantamweight title fight at UFC 251 on July 11.
Chito, 27, whose last defeat came on May 16 against Chinese fighter Song Yadong in a controversial night because the judges awarded the unanimous decision victory to the Asian opponent, wrote on his Twitter account that "it's a done deal".
"Done deal // ya se firmo", said the Manabita fighter in reference to his upcoming fight in Las Vegas, where he could possibly participate in the main event that consists of five rounds.

Vera had revealed in late October that talks for the fight with Brazilian Aldo "started some time ago, I'm going to fight in December for sure". "I hope not to get injured, that there are no injuries anywhere (in my body); but most likely I will fight José Aldo in December".
The Ecuadorian (18-6-1 MMA, 10-5 UFC) has a record of 6-1 in his last seven fights and his only loss was a controversial one against Chinese fighter Yadong. Our national credit is ranked fifteenth in the bantamweight division, just behind the Asian.
