It seems that Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's journey on the American channel Destination America will end sooner than expected. Just like what happened last year with Spike TV, the Impact Wrestling show this week has been changed from its usual time, nine o'clock, to two hours later. The executives of Destination America will air a marathon of their show "Mountain Monsters" today from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This change will leave Impact Wrestling without a replay of the weekly program, something that had been done since it began airing earlier this year.

Aside from this significant change in schedule, it has been confirmed that Impact Wrestling is not on the list of programs that will be aired on Destination America on Wednesday, December 23rd, just next week. This decision could be due to TNA's intention to crown its Heavyweight Champion on the first Impact Wrestling show on Pop TV, which will be held live on January 5th, as announced by Dixie Carter in the last episode.

Even the members of Dixie Carter's company roster thought that they would end this year with a new champion, but finally they opted for a change of strategy for the entry of 2016. The feeling that exists right now on both sides is that tonight will be the last episode of Impact Wrestling on Destination America, which, after eliminating Ring of Honor TV, would do without its two wrestling shows. Sean Ross Sapp from WRESTLING INC recently spoke with Robbie E, TNA star, and has highlighted headlines about the company's relationship with the television network. Soon you will have the full interview on the American website and on SUPER LUCHAS:

"We felt that Destination America didn't want to make our work easier. Believe me, no one will miss being on that network. We are very positive about the change of channel to start over with strength."

Pay special attention to Robbie's words, it seems that the working relationship between TNA and Destination America has deteriorated this year. It is well known that the network bet on the American hero Kurt Angle as Heavyweight Champion and the decline in the quality of Impact Wrestling in the middle of the year would have only added fuel to the fire in the decision to end the show at the end of this course. We wholeheartedly hope, for the good of professional wrestling, that TNA does great on Pop TV and starts 2016 with a considerable increase in audience.
