Will extreme return to WWE? The wrestling company will celebrate Extreme Rules 2019 on July 14, an event where many matches have unconventional stipulations.
At the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, with a capacity for more than 20,000 spectators, WWE will seek to refresh its image and take advantage of the new additions of Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman as executive directors of SmackDown and RAW, respectively.
The main event of this show will be a No Holds Barred match between Undertaker and Roman Reigns vs. Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. After the lousy match against Goldberg, "The Undertaker" will seek to make a great comeback to the ring by teaming up with "The Big Dog". The stipulation will allow the wrestlers to move around the entire venue without fear of disqualification.
On the other hand, the team of Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch will defend their titles in a mixed tag team match against Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans. Also, Kofi Kingston will defend his SmackDown championship against Samoa Joe.
However, our recommendation is the championship defense between Ricochet, the current United States champion, and AJ Styles. Both have had long careers in companies outside WWE, maintaining a style that is astonishing every time they have the opportunity to perform. We also eagerly look forward to Aleister Black vs. Cesaro, from whom we expect a 4-star match.
