The weeks keep passing by and, despite the big rumors, Rey Mysterio continues without signing a contract with WWE. It seems that everything is about the conditions that the company of Vince McMahon is putting.
According to Dave Meltzer, a specialized journalist from Wrestling Observer, Rey Mysterio will not return to the WWE ring until his contract with other independent promoters ends.
Among the special clauses that WWE has put, Rey Mysterio should not participate in the All In event organized by Cody Rhodes' company on September 1st.
On the other hand, WWE would force Rey Mysterio to resign from the Heavyweight Championship of The Crash. The creator of 619 must leave the title vacant or request a storyline where he loses it.
The good news for Rey Mysterio is that WWE has included his character as one of the available superstars in the pre-order of the video game 2K19.
