Vince McMahon Considers Extending PPV Duration
Although the brand separation in WWE took place almost a year ago, Vince McMahon is still trying to improve the product. Now, his main focus is on PPV events, and he is considering making an adjustment, which would take effect from Money in The Bank.
According to the portal F4WOnline, Vince McMahon wants to further increase the earnings from the mega-events. The fact that both rosters are featured on these shows piques the interest of WWE fans, so the first measure would be to have everyone follow this format.
But to make it even more profitable, Vince McMahon is proposing that the PPV events have an additional hour of duration, apart from the Kickoff. This would be implemented starting from June 9.
In other words, instead of Money in the Bank starting at 7:00 pm (Peruvian time), it would start at 6:00 pm. Based on the rating of that show, it will be applied to the remaining events in the year.
