Guido Cannetti arrived in Santiago to disrupt UFC Chile. The controversial Argentine fighter defeated local Diego Rivas by unanimous decision, earning the discontent of the entire audience.

This was one of the most exciting fights of UFC Chile, as it had an intense exchange of blows throughout the three rounds. And although it was quite even, 'Ninja' Cannetti won by connecting the most important punches.

"I apologize for my comments before UFC Chile. This has been tough, but I worked very hard to get here," said Guido Cannetti, who had previously referred to the Falklands War in his Instagram account.

This is the second victory for Guido Cannetti (8-3) in the UFC. Before defeating Diego Rivas, the Argentine had defeated Hugo Viana by unanimous decision, but lost his other two fights against Henry Briones and Kyung Ho Kang, both by submission.
