El internacional sub-19 Antonio Marín

The U19 international Antonio Marín, right back of Almería's reserve team who made his debut this past season with the first team, has signed a professional agreement for four seasons with the club, thus becoming part of the first team, as reported by the Almería entity.

Marín arrived at Almería as a child to play in La Cañada team, which was linked to the red and white club, seven seasons ago, and after going through all the lower ranks, he played in the last two seasons for Almería B, from Group IV of Segunda B.

The defender from Benalúa has already played with the first team, making his debut last season in the Copa del Rey under the orders of the then coach Francisco Rodríguez, although his debut in La Liga was this season at Camp Nou against Barcelona.

Antonio Marín has done an excellent job in the reserve team, with which he has played in the promotion playoffs to Liga Adelante, and he is currently one of the important pieces of the Spanish U19 Selection, led by coach Luis de la Fuente.

Precisely, the player from Almería will join the Spain concentration next Monday to participate in the U19 European Championship in Greece, which will start in the first week of July.

Antonio Marín has been a regular in the national team call-ups for U16, U17, U18, and now also for U19, and was recently named the third best right back in the 'Fútbol Draft 2015'.
