Good news for Martín Lasarte:
Benjamín Vidal, defender who was sidelined due to an injury, has completed his recovery process and is available for Wednesday's match against Curicó, for the fifth round of Group 6 of Copa Chile.
The defender had been injured in the first leg against Curicó and exams had revealed a microtear in the left rectus femoris muscle, which kept him out of four matches.
The decision will now be up to Machete, although the shortage of defenders (Magalhaes, Rojas, and Rodríguez are still unfit, in addition to the expelled Osvaldo González) will almost certainly result in the return of the former O'Higgins player to the field. The same goes for Cristián Suárez, who is also part of the delegation.
Uruguayan Guzmán Pereira, who has some minor physical discomfort, will be left out of the match.
Therefore, the most likely team for Wednesday's match for the blues is with Miguel Jiménez; Mathías Corujo, Benjamín Vidal, Cristián Suárez, Joao Ortiz; Sebastián Martínez, Gonzalo Espinoza, Gustavo Lorenzetti; Sebastián Ubilla, Gustavo Canales, and Renato González.
