World of Tanks on Xbox One

For the first time, World of Tanks brings innovative multiplayer battles between the two Xbox platforms. Furthermore, with a single Xbox Live account between these two platforms, all progress in technological trees and research carried out in the game is preserved, regardless of which console is used to access the battles.

"World of Tanks has one of the most dedicated online communities on all platforms, and we are expanding it as we pave the way with the new cross-play functionality on consoles," said Denny Thorley, Vice President of Product Development at Wargaming. "Thanks to this technological innovation, we are able to extend the battle between Xbox One and Xbox 360 commanders, and we are excited to offer players their first opportunity to play between the two platforms, at the same time and without interruptions."

The cross-platform gameplay in World of Tanks also offers another innovation: voice chat and achievements between platforms with a single Xbox Live account. Additionally, the game enhances combat with improved graphics and more persistent destruction, thanks to the acclaimed Havok physics destruction engine.

The debut of the new "Proving Grounds" (PvE) mode provides the perfect entry point for new commanders and an excellent practice arena for those who have been playing for some time.
