CM Punk's Wife Reveals His Reaction After UFC Debut
He left the WWE to sign with the UFC. It took him almost two years to make his debut in the octagon and he lost. CM Punk did not have a good time in December 2016, and a year after his painful defeat, his wife AJ Lee reveals for the first time what his reaction was.
In a recent interview on Sam Roberts' podcast, the former diva revealed details about the night of UFC 203. "I don't think it hurt him to make a million dollars for one night of work. He was mentally prepared for that, so he came back backstage with a big smile on his face," she said.

Despite losing by submission to Mickey Gall in the first round, he didn't hesitate to thank his wife. "I was very proud of him. He dedicated a very moving speech to me and I tried not to get emotional in front of everyone. I was very proud of him," she concluded.
Since that fight, CM Punk has not had any other matches. Dana White, president of the UFC, stated that he would have to seek a new opportunity outside the company to consider him for any future event.
Despite this, the former WWE wrestler continues to train. At 39 years old, he hopes to return to the octagon and seek revenge.
