Enrique Barzola, Peruvian UFC fighter, returns to Lima

Enrique Barzola, Peruvian UFC fighter, returned to Lima to visit his family after an intense training camp.

In a few days, the 'Fuerte' will return to Florida, United States, where he trains six times a week in search of his goal: the featherweight belt (65.7 kg) of UFC.

—Many people ask why you haven't fought since May, when you defeated Gabriel Benítez.
After that, I rested for a month and had a three-month training camp in the United States. In September, UFC asked me if I was available to fight and I immediately said yes.

—How do you manage your training now, do you do part of it in Lima or all in the United States?
Now I come to Lima to get in shape, to train calmly, but above all to be with my family, with my wife. I am living in the United States at the house of the American Top Team (ATT) gym. I coexist with many fighters there and I like it because everyone is seeking the same thing as me: glory.

—What is your goal at the moment?
I was born for this and I am following the path to reach my goal: the belt. But my priority now is to keep moving forward, keep fighting, and improve in what I lack.

—How do you manage the business aspect of your career, do you have a manager?
I manage my things alone. A friend is advising me, but I am currently working alone. I also manage my social media myself.
