Eusebio Unzué, director of Movistar, said that winning the overall team classification "is something very special because it rewards everyone's effort."

"It's a special day. These team victories give me a special satisfaction. I see the happy faces of the guys and it moves me. This is a team sport, but in the end, a leader wins, that's why this title is for everyone. They have been the best," he stated.

As the director of the only Spanish team in the World Tour, Unzué expressed optimism about the future of Spanish cycling.

"With the ones we have and those who are yet to come, I believe we will move forward. Spain is a country that is genetically prepared to produce champions, to achieve victories. Those who arrive will take over so that we have riders on the podiums of the main races," he concluded.
