Tennis player Maria Sharapova breaks up with boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov

Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova, winner of five 'Grand Slam' titles, Maria Sharapova, has broken up with her boyfriend, Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov. They were in a relationship for three years, which Sharapova confirmed started in May 2013.

"Our paths are separating," Dimitrov, 24 years old, told his country's media on Friday. "We experienced wonderful moments together, I wish her much happiness and success in her personal and professional life," added the current number 16 in the ATP.

Dimitrov revealed that he is now "fully focused on tennis. "And I'm sure the results will come soon. This summer will be a new beginning for me," commented the Bulgarian player, who has not been achieving his best results after reaching the semi-finals at Wimbledon last year.
