Bayern Munich president, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, announced earlier that a deal has been reached with Juventus that will see Chilean international, Arturo Vidal move to the Bundesliga club.
Rummenigge made the announcement in the Chinese hotel where the German side are based as part of their international pre-season tour.
"I can confirm that we have reached an agreement with Juventus of Turín and Vidal", affirmed the president. All that remains is the player’s medical revision and the final, formal signing of the contract, which will be completed in the next few days.
It’s expected that Vidal will join up with Pep Guardiola’s squad next week. According to information via Italian media outlets, Vidal has signed a five year deal with Bayern and Juventus will receive a fee of 36 million euro for his services.
