The National Center for Development of Sports Talent and High Performance (CNAR) shares facilities with the professional Mixed Martial Arts team, led by coach Raúl Arvízu.

Twice a day, the team of twelve athletes, between the ages of 19 and 36, use the CNAR gymnasium to carry out their training programs.

After the morning exercise session, Raúl Arvízu said that the creation of the CONADE Mixed Martial Arts Academy is an innovative program that aims in a positive direction.

The coach accompanies Brandon Moreno in his preparation for his UFC fight against Sergio Pettis on August 5th at the Arena Ciudad de México.

About the CONADE Academy, Bandon Moreno applauded the initiative and said it is an excellent idea that represents a greater support for sports and contributes to building the future.

Brandon Moreno, ranked seventh in the flyweight division, showed enthusiasm to be in Mexico City.

"This August 5th, I promise you a war, Mexican heart, go forward and all the people who come to support me at the Arena Ciudad de México on August 5th, listen to your cheers, your words of encouragement, I promise to just make you rise from your seats."

He trusted that, together with his coaches Raúl Arvízu and Fernando González, he already has a strategy to face Sergio Pettis, whom he described as "a very complicated fighter. We already have a very good plan for the fight," he emphasized.
