Great performance by Felipe Aguilar at the Pan American Games
Felipe Aguilar is delivering a great performance at the Panamerican Games. In the first day of competition, he leads the golf test with -5 under par, one less than Peruvian Luis Barco, who is in second position.
"I am very happy. It was not easy to play today due to rain and wind. There is still a long way to go, only 50% of the test has been completed, but I will not change my strategy and will keep playing the same way, which is what got me where I am," said the golfer on ADN radio.
Aguilar will compete again on Saturday in search of a medal, around 10:50 in the morning in Chile.
20 minutes before, Mark Tullo, the other Chilean in competition who is in sixth position with -3 under par, will also compete.
