The forward and top scorer of Independiente Santa Fe spoke on Fox Sports Radio Colombia about the rival they will have in the first phase of the 2015 Copa Sudamericana: Liga de Loja from Ecuador, a team from the city of Loja, located 617 km from Quito, the capital of the country.
The first duel of the Bogotá team in this tournament will be as a visitor in the Federativo Reina del Cisne stadium, on a yet to be determined date.
Liga de Loja: "If these teams are in these tournaments, it is because they have earned it. In this kind of championships, you won't find easy rivals; we shouldn't underestimate any team, but rather face these two matches with the utmost seriousness to advance to the next phase."
The Copa Sudamericana: "In football, if you fall asleep, they will beat you, as we say on the Coast. Today, we have to stay awake, whether it's against River, Boca, or clubs like Liga de Loja. Everything has become even, and we have to face these duels seriously."
