In this second part of the interview, Isaiah Thomas (Tacoma, Washington, February 7, 1989) reveals some of his secrets, such as his music tastes and that there is no player in the NBA who can beat him in the NBA2K video game.
We already know that he is a great friend of Floyd Mayweather, but does he like to gamble like he does in his free time?
I don't like to gamble, but I play video games all the time. When I'm not playing basketball, I'm at home playing with them. I also play with my teammates when we're on tour or on the plane while we're flying.
And what games?
NBA 2K, many people usually play FIFA, Call of Duty, or that kind of games, but I just can't get away from basketball.
And who usually wins?
Me, no doubt. I'm the best in the NBA when it comes to 2K. I bet against everyone on that. And they can't beat me.
And besides 2K, what else do you like to do?
I also play on a softball team at home with Spencer Hawes. It's a lot of fun, in addition to doing other things besides basketball.
Do you like soccer?
I don't follow it often, although I watched several games on TV during the last World Cup.
And what's your music style?
Hip-hop, like most of my teammates.
What TV series do you follow?
Breaking Bad, Scandal... Although the truth is that I don't watch TV much, and when I do, it's to watch some sports.
Your favorite movie
He Got Game, in which Ray Allen appears. It's my all-time favorite movie.
Tell us about the locker room of your Celtics. Who is the funniest player?
Marcus Smart, he's very young and always making jokes.
As a child, did you have any idols?
I would say my parents, but in the world of sports, it was Allen Iverson. He is someone I admired, like the rest of the world: at some point, we have all thought that we would like to be like him.
Well, not long ago he said that he wants to return to the Sixers... Would you go work with him?
I've seen it! (says happily). Maybe, it's always good to be able to listen to one of the all-time greats.
Which player you have faced is the most difficult to defend?
Russell Westbrook and Stephen Curry. The first one because he is very fast, strong, and athletic, very aggressive when it comes to scoring. And Steph because he can handle the ball however he wants and shoot from anywhere.
And since you've been in the NBA, who has impressed you the most?
First, I have to mention Kobe Bryant, he is one of my favorite players. And Kevin Durant seems to come out of a video game.
If you were a general manager and had to choose a player to build a winning team, who would you choose first?
Probably LeBron James. He can do it all. Yes, I would pick him.
Is he on the level of Jordan?
When his career is over, LeBron may end up being the greatest player of all time.
In your Twitter, you say that you don't just want to be remembered as a basketball player. What do you mean?
I don't want to be remembered just for being a basketball player. It's more important that people think of you as a great person. Basketball is just a small part of your life. I mean, if people talk about me as that nice guy, with a smile, and respectful... I think that's worth more than being good at basketball.

Just train to keep improving and become a better player than I was last season, spend time with my kids and family.
