The Colombian Women's National Team tied 1-1 with Trinidad and Tobago and postponed their qualification for the semifinals of the Pan American Games in Toronto 2015.
At the fourth minute of the game, Ingrid Vidal put Felipe Taborda's team ahead. The early goal gave Colombia some tranquility. However, three minutes before the end, Kennya Cordner scored the goal that sealed the final tie.
With the draw, Colombia remains as the leader of Group A with four points. Mexico, who defeated Argentina 3-1, is second with three points. The Central Americans are third with two points and the albiceleste is last with one point.
In the last match, Colombia will face Argentina and Mexico will play against Trinidad and Tobago. The national team must win or tie to qualify for the semifinals. To be eliminated, Argentina would have to beat Colombia by 4-0 and there would have to be a winner in the other match of the group.
