The new project of FC Barcelona started on Monday at their Ciudad Deportiva Joan Gamper training complex. Sixteen players returned to the Tito Vilanova pitch, including Arda Turan, the Catalan club’s latest signing.
The Turkish international was joined by Luis Suárez, Rafinha, Douglas, Sergi Roberto, Adriano, Vermaelen, Mathieu, Masip and Iniesta, as well as youth team products Sandro, Munir, Halilovic, Samper, José Suarez and Gumbau.
After the first day, from Tuesday the double sessions will begin. Barça will train at 9.30 CET and 18:30. Luis Enrique will also hold his first press conference of the season on Tuesday at 12:00.
