The ninth date of the Apertura Tournament once again had Alianza Lima and Willyan Mimbela as protagonists. The white and blue team took advantage of the results playing in their favor and defeated Unión Comercio 3-0 to climb to the second position, just three points behind the leader, Real Garcilaso. And they did it by scoring great goals.
Willyan Mimbela scored the second goal for Alianza Lima and surprised everyone with an unstoppable bomb. The goal came at the 21st minute of the first half. The midfielder won the ball near the midfield and, without thinking much, lifted his head and took an incredible curved shot that went into the top corner. The 'Threat' scored his third goal in the Apertura Tournament.
The second best goal in the Apertura Tournament was scored by Rinaldo Cruzado in César Vallejo's victory against Universitario de Deportes. Although he had all the freedom, the technical gesture and the force he put into it were decisive for the ball to hit the most difficult angle for José Carvallo. The Trujillo's team won 4-2 and left 'U' in second-to-last place.
Carlos Preciado from Alianza Lima, Nelson Roque from Alianza Atlético, and Joel Sánchez from San Martín also made it into our list of the top 5 goals of the Apertura Tournament.
