Congress of the Republic: Seven draft bills related to pension fund withdrawals
In the Congress of the Republic, there are seven draft bills related to the withdrawal of pension funds administered by AFPs (Private Pension Fund Administrators). How would the AFP disbursement be made?
According to the proposed withdrawals indicated by Congresswoman Digna Calle in her draft bill, the disbursements would be made as follows:

First disbursement of up to 1 UIT (4,950 soles): Within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, computed from the submission of the request to the AFP.

Second disbursement of up to 1 UIT (4,950 soles): Within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, computed from the first disbursement.

Third disbursement of up to 2 UIT (9,900 soles): Within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, computed from the second disbursement.
