6 Peruvian Hours: Recap

The La Chutana Racetrack witnessed a new edition of the 6 Peruvian Hours race. Starting at 4 PM on Saturday, the drivers competed to become champions in the traditional national race where Nicolás Fuchs did a great job.

Dakar 2017: Nicolás Fuchs and his first week balance

The driver Nicolás Fuchs, who recently competed in the Dakar 2017 in the car category, finished in third place in the 6 Peruvian Hours after a tough journey.

"It has been a beautiful, fought, and competitive race that demanded constant driving and good physical condition. We fought for the victory from the beginning and we finally managed to take the 3rd place. Thanks to Enrique and Ricardo for the opportunity, the team has done a great job and the podium is a reflection of that," expressed Nicolás Fuchs after finishing the competition.

Fuchs already thinking about returning to Dakar: "I want to race in Peru"

His teammates Enrique Arriola and Ricardo Dasso also celebrated aboard the powerful and glamorous Audi R8 LMS. After 330 laps, the great winners of the night were the duo of brothers Xavier and Miguel Villagómez (first and second place, respectively) after a disputed battle from beginning to end for the title.
