Valtteri Bottas, Alfa Romeo pilot, gave Sergio Pérez advice about his teammate Max Verstappen after remembering his time with the Mercedes team.
The Finnish driver showed his support to the Mexican driver, who has made it clear that his goal this year is not only to fight for second place but for the Formula 1 World Championship: "I'm sure it's not easy for Sergio, he surely wants to win a lot, but he knows it will be difficult because of the rival he has in his own team."

This situation happened when he remembered that it was something similar to what happened to him when he was with Mercedes, when he couldn't overcome the seven-time champion Lewis Hamilton.
"I would say he is in a quite similar situation to mine, where he is against the guy who is hardest to beat. He is really consistent, super talented, and he is trying."
The F1 activity will return next week with the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, a circuit that suits Checo Pérez very well, where he will surely seek to climb the podium again.
