No team matches Red Bull
Despite the growth of Aston Martin, neither they nor Mercedes or Ferrari seem to be able to challenge the Austrians, who have shared the victories this year: two for Max Verstappen (Bahrain and Australia) and one for Sergio Pérez (Saudi Arabia).
Over the weekend, Red Bull exhibited its superiority at the semi-urban Albert Park circuit with a Max who was not harmed by being surpassed by George Russell at the start, as he overtook Lewis Hamilton in lap 11 and did not relinquish the lead; on the other hand, Checo started from the pitlane and climbed fourteen positions to finish sixth, but was promoted to fifth place because Carlos Sainz Jr. was penalized with five seconds for causing a collision with Fernando Alonso on the third restart of a crash-filled race in Melbourne, with only 12 drivers completing the 58 laps.

A similar situation was experienced in Saudi Arabia, with one Red Bull dominating at will and the other rushing from behind to recover, with the exception that Verstappen did finish in second place, in part because the accidents of Alex Albon and Kevin Magnussen affected Checo's strategies.
Either way, the tapatío achieved an important result in his championship aspirations, as fifth place was enough to maintain him as the runner-up in the drivers' championship. Although the gap with his teammate increased to 15 points, it is still within reach, in addition to remaining above the 45 units Alonso collected with his three podiums, all as third place.
For better or for worse, Red Bull has set the pace at the start of this season, and with the updates they will have for the Azerbaijan GP, their rivals will not have it any easier.
