Meeting Nicolás Fuchs in Rally México

It is not uncommon to find people in the stages of Rally México with some distinctive of Nicolás Fuchs, or people asking for the Peruvian driver. Nico, as he is known, is recognized wherever he goes, and they even look for him in his service area.

Today, very early in the morning, a group of children arrived at the closed park, next to the León Stadium, in the city of the same name, to look for Nicolás Fuchs and ask for an autograph. Nicolás Fuchs and his co-driver Fernando Mussano took a break from the morning service of Rally México to attend to the visitors and leave them satisfied.

"I come almost every year, but it makes me very nervous to see the drivers," a child tells Nicolás, as if thanking him for the courtesy of approaching and attending to them. Nicolás Fuchs debuted in the 2016 World Rally Championship by racing in Mexico.

After the first day of competition, yesterday Thursday, with three short stages, the national driver is currently third in the WRC2 category.
