Andrea Lafarja wins in RC2N class, Jorge Maune takes second place

Andrea Lafarja, with the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X, emerged victorious in the RC2N class, with Jorge Maune coming in second. Meanwhile, Cintia Flores from Klassen finished second in the RC4 Pro class, with Martín Toro Martínez in the co-driver seat with a Honda Civic.

Impressive Debut

Both Andrea and Cintia, in their historic first incursion into this motorsport competition, successfully conquered the Chaco Inferno. But what Cintia achieved is even more remarkable, finishing second behind world champion Fabrizio Zaldívar with a front-wheel-drive car. Lafarja, on the other hand, secured a scratch win in PE 24 Juan Lezcano-Picada Pucú, winning the 46.66-kilometer stage in a time of 17'14''.

20 Have Arrived

Out of the 55 crews that started the first stage, only 20 made it to the end, covering a total distance of 2,349.51 kilometers, with 788.35 kilometers being speed sections and 1,561.16 kilometers liaison sections.

Tough Edition

This was one of the longest and most challenging editions in recent times. Another standout in the race was Beto Ramirez, with the Toyota Etios, in the RC4L class with Francisco Ramirez as the co-driver. Beto finished in 3rd position, and this class had the highest number of finishers, with five crews making it to the end of the competition.

Class Winner

The class winner, from start to finish, was Enrique Ka'i Benitez.
